Francesca

Fran began training in TKD when she was 8 years old and is a 3rd degree black belt! She then started kickboxing and eventually started teaching classes at 16. When she's not in the gym she is with her family, busy being a Mom of 2, and also a Spanish teacher. Having been surrounded by so many amazing people in the fitness industry, she feels that nothing else compares to the energy in a group fitness class!
