We ask that all first timers come in at least 10-15 minutes before the start of their first class so we can get them familiarized with the studio, class format and answer any kickboxing questions they may have.

Wear comfortable workout apparel and water. When you are choosing your workout gear, keep in mind that we use elbows, knees and kicks on the bags. Don’t forget, socks or bare feet ONLY on the mats.
Our studio has a limit of 18 people per class. By reserving your spot, you are guaranteed a space in the class. So we ask that all new and active members reserve your spot on-line by using the MindBody app OR by calling us at: 203-403-3382!

I've been at KickFit now for over a year and I can honestly say that I STILL look forward to every class. This place is incredible-it's always such a welcoming and friendly environment. I love the schedule they offer and the fact that every class is different with different combinations to learn keeps is fresh and interesting. I was worried that due to some health issues (Rheumatoid Arthritis) it would be too difficult, but Lyndsay and Wendy are really great at modifying moves, and after having worked on this for a year it has helped me strengthen areas around my joints, which has led to feeling better than I have in years.
