We broke down the steps to what we think is a pretty perfect pushkick 👌👌 (a.k.a: teep). ⭐️ProTips: ⭐️ •4 Parts: Chamber, Kick, Re-Chamber and Place foot down •Bottom foot is planted with a slight bend in the knee •Kicking hip comes forward to generate power •Lead with the ball of your foot •Same leg that is kicking, that hand drops as the opposite hand stays up by the temple •Lean slightly back as you keep and eyes forward looking at your target.
