In today’s time, we are all guilty of wanting immediate satisfaction or finding that quick fix. It’s easy to set a goal, but how do we push forward when our body resists change and our mind fills with self doubt? • • Remind yourself that fitness is more about the train, and less about the station. • • The goal is not what defines you. What defines you is how you pushed passed the voice in your head saying you couldn’t. It’s the moment you did one more push up when you thought your arms were going to break. It’s the extra burpee you did when you considered quitting early. It’s the moment you embraced discomfort and welcomed the burn. The struggle is what builds and fulfills you. Embrace the journey, celebrate the small victories, and love yourself every step of the way.
