Linda
After experiencing both the physical and mental benefits of a good workout for herself, in her classes Linda hopes to share her passion with her student’s and inspire them to make the time to prioritize themselves. Through the years Linda has had the opportunity to train in many disciplines including step, Zumba, weight training, and muay thai kickboxing, to name a few. But she was ultimately drawn to and found her passion in cardio kickboxing for its mix of high energy cardio and boxing. An animal lover at heart when she’s not in the gym you’ll find her on a hike with her dog, Daisy, homemade treats in hand, or out in the yard gardening.
