Intro to KickFIT
Suitable for people with no or little kickboxing experience. In this 20-minute session, you'll learn everything you need to know to take a group class with us. Our knowledgeable coach will guide you through essential techniques, including proper stance, punches, kicks, ensuring you build a strong kickboxing foundation. All fitness levels welcome. New members only.
Strong(ER)
A 45-minute strength training class, specifically crafted to complement your kickboxing training. Get ready to build explosive power, endurance, and core strength needed to dominate the mat.
