KickFit

Kickboxing-Based Fitness

Our signature 45-minute class blends kickboxing-inspired movement with functional strength and conditioning for a balanced, full-body workout. You’ll move through guided rounds on the bag, building technique, endurance, and confidence with clear coaching throughout.

Strength-Focused Training

Strong(ER) is a strength-forward class built to improve muscle development, movement quality, and overall performance. Through controlled lifts, core work, and progressive programming, you’ll focus on building power and stability in a supportive, coach-led environment.
