Will KickFit help me get back to running?" It was the first question I asked Lyndsay when I signed up. As an injured marathoner, I was seeking a good workout that would keep me cardiovascularly fit as well as strengthen my legs and core in order to help me heal and get back to running. What I found was a challenging, fun, energizing workout that met ALL of my needs and more! Most of all, I am excited to report that I ran 10 miles last weekend and felt great.
