KickFit is an amazing place to workout, burn a ton of calories, meet new friends, and have fun! All the instructors are so friendly, energetic, and knowledgeable. They work really hard to keep their workouts fresh and fun, while providing modifications to meet everyone's needs. I never have a problem finding a class time that fits my schedule (many morning, noon, and afternoon/evening classes). The fast paced music playlists are current and give you that extra motivation to work hard. The workouts, whether they're express at 35 minutes or full at 45 minutes will be sure to challenge you every time. I have seen really great results with my body composition since beginning at KickFit about 2 years ago. The workouts are fun so it keeps you coming back! There's always a warm-up, the kicking/punching portions with combos and blitzes for cardio and strength, and then a potion for conditioning/weight lifting/abs (changes daily). The studio has been meticulously designed and is spotless! More than anything, I have made so many great friendships here that extend beyond the studio. I love KickFit!
